Lu is a partner of Lynn Pham & Ross, LLP. Lu’s practice is focused on employment and commercial litigation, and he has been involved in the defense of several class actions concerning employment and commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all Federal District Courts in Texas, and the Texas Supreme Court. A former Adjunct Law Professor at Texas Wesleyan School of Law and former Municipal Judge for the City of Grand Prairie, he was named a Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine featuring the top 5% of attorneys in Texas—for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. Lu has also been awarded by the National Association of Pacific Asian Bar Association as one of the Best Lawyers Under 40 in 2002.

- Representing clients in court and before administrative agencies against claims of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, workers compensation retaliation, and whistle blowing.
- Representing commercial clients on business litigation matters.
- Serving as National Coordinating Counsel for foreign manufacturers/importers on all litigation matters.
- Representing employers against class actions involving wage and hour claims.
- Negotiating and drafting Executive Compensation Agreements.
- Training employers on effective employment practices, litigation avoidance, compliance with anti-discrimination statutes, and wage hour matters.
- Counseling employers on crisis management.
