Krista Potter is an associate with Lynn Pham & Ross, LLP. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New York. Krista is also currently admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as in the U.S. Tax Court. Her practice emphasizes the following:

• Representing clients in court and before administrative agencies against claims of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and sexual harassment.
• Representing clients in court and during arbitration proceedings against various business and commercial litigation claims.
• Training employers and cities on compliance with anti discrimination statutes, effective employment practices, and litigation avoidance.
